I am a caring massage therapist specialising in a variety of holistic massages, which can be relieving, preventive or relaxation oriented.

I offer a variety of massage techniques and adapt my styles to your whishes and needs. Since some new clients feel like they would like to pick a specific technique for their treatment you can find some examples below. These are not at all fixed unless you want me to stick to one style.
Thai Yoga Massage is performed on a heated mat on the floor whereby you wear comfy clothes. The other massage styles or fusion are performed on the direct skin with or without oil on a massage table.

PREVENTION AND RELEASE
Thai Massage performed on a (heated) mat on the floor. A treatment that leaves people feeling relaxed and renewed by stimulating body, mind and energy flow. As I lean in slowly we can gradually go through deeper layers of skin and being. I work with stretches as well as energy lines (similar to meridians) to stimulate relaxation and balance.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
SLOW, SOFT, DEEP WORK WITHOUT OIL
Slow and gradual strong and deep work on the skin, muscle and connective tissue. I work with the intention to access specific body parts in a focussed manner rather than to go deep in a quick and painful way. As I lean in slowly the tissue can get used to the pressure and enhance deeper work without being (unbarebly) painful.The technique and pace as well as intermittent soft strokes stimulate tissue relaxation and alternately activate the sympathetic and parasympatic nervous system.
