CHECK IN
Please arrive on time. The appointment starts at the time corresponding with your reservation.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please note that arriving late will determine the length of your treatment. If you arrive later than the time of your scheduled appointment, your treatment will be shortened in consideration of the next guest. Thank you for understanding.
FIRST APPOINTMENT
Prior to your first massage appointment with me a few questions will be asked considering your overall health and expectations of the treatment.
MEDICAL INFORMATION
I don’t offer medical treatments. You are responsible for sharing the right medical/health information prior to your treatment (diabetic, pregnancy, hernia, thrombosis, etc.). Please consult a specialist or your GP before booking your treatment with me if you have medical indications impeding certain massage treatments. Feel free to contact me or your GP if you have doubts as to whether a massage would be possible for you. I give tailor made treatments so can adapt to medical issues when present locally.
CONSULTING OUR TREATMENTS
Customers receive a treatment at their own risk. The massage therapist is not responsible for any material or physical damage during or after a session.
PRIVACY
All thats being said during the treatment/sessions or prior via email is treated as personal and private. The massage therapist will not share your personal story with third parties unless clearly asked for the customer’s permission on paper.
PAYMENT
Payment is done upon arrival either cash, through a tikkie or online banking.
PRICES
The customer agrees to pay the price for a treatment as mentioned on the website.
RESERVATIONS
I recommend scheduling treatments in advance to ensure that your preferred time is available. You can book through our website, via whatsapp message, email, or over the phone. If you must cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in full charge for the service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged for the full price of your services. Appointments that are made on the same day cannot be cancelled or changed.
COMPAINTS
Complaints related to a received treatment are handled via the email. Make sure you contact me 24hours after your treatment. I will contact you via phone or email depending on the complaint I always try to reach a mutual agreement.
GIFT CARDS
My gift cards are prepaid and may be purchased online by filling out the contact form, and by mentioning “gift card” in the subject heading. Fill in the email address of the person you want to send the gift card. Please note that any gift cards purchased cannot be redeemed on the same day of purchase.
